How To Prepare

Intentions are very powerful. Over the next 24 hours I suggest doing some light reflecting on changes you would enjoy seeing in your life. If you’re having a hard time coming up with anything, a simple “What’s next please?” And “I now release what no longer serves for the highest good of all” will be just perfect.

If there is something specific that you are going through (ie emotions, people, events, etc.) please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand via email or text and we can put a little more focus on those areas.

  • A few minutes prior to your scheduled time I suggest laying down in a comfortable, quiet place with no distractions and start the recording of the bowls. Bring any crystal babies of your own wanting to join in. The session will start at the scheduled time.
  • Set the intention of opening and receiving this energetic transmission.
  • Start with some deep breathing with your awareness on your heart.
  • Say "I Unconditionally love and forgive myself"
  • Relax.....
  • If you notice any discomfort in your body during this transmission, just know that it is blocked energy leaving, Breathe, and let it go.
additional notes
  • Sometimes there can be so much energy leaving the physical body at once that you might notice a tightening sensation through out your whole body, especially in the chest area. Please breath, receive, let go and allow this to pass. It will only last a few moments.
  • In the beginning of a session the mind may get a little busy. Again, relax, focus on the heart, and breathe. A lot of those thoughts come to the surface to be released. Be aware and let them float by. The mind will calm down. The same with old emotions, as they rise to the surface all you need is to become aware, feel, and let them go. Some people fall asleep and this is totally O.K. Your team will bring you back before the session is over.
what to expect at the end
  • After completion of the sound recording, you will have about 10min to ground in and "wake up" as I prepare notes. When finished you will receive a text message of your personalized crystal grid signaling completion.
  • When you're up and ready, give me a call and we'll have a nice chat. A 15 minute follow up call is included to go over your session. Any further verbal releasing may also be done at this time if needed. (Please note there is an allotted 30 minute time frame after your session for the phone call so you don't feel rushed).
  • Your system will likely be integrating the session over the next 24-72 hours so go easy on yourself for the rest of the day if you can.
